Your caravan stays where it is — home, storage, a farm or a seasonal pitch — until we collect it free of charge. Paperwork is completed and signed on the day, you keep copies of everything, and payment is arranged by secure bank transfer at handover. Nothing is ever paid online. If there is outstanding finance, tell us at the start and it is settled as part of the process.
