How it works
Five simple stages from your first enquiry to payment and handover.
- 01
Request a valuation
Send us your vehicle details online or over the phone. Photos help, but they are optional.
- 02
View the vehicle and confirm the offer
We arrange a free valuation visit, view the vehicle and confirm the final price on viewing. Any earlier indication is provisional, not a guaranteed final offer.
- 03
Accept if it suits you
There is never any pressure. If the offer is not right for you, that is absolutely fine.
- 04
Arrange collection
We agree a collection date and time that works around you, across England, Scotland and Wales. We do not collect from Northern Ireland.
- 05
Secure payment and handover
Paperwork is completed on collection and payment is sent by secure bank transfer.
