What “any condition” actually means
Most owners who call us are worried about one specific thing — a damp reading, a soft floor, a missing CRiS document or a van that has sat unused for three winters. None of those are dealbreakers. They change the figure, and we tell you how and why, but the sale still goes ahead.
Any age
Late models through to vans from the 1990s. Age on its own does not stop us buying — condition, layout and paperwork decide the figure.
Damp and water ingress
Damp is the most common thing we find, and we expect it on older vans. We take readings with you there, show you what we find and explain how it affects the figure.
Damage and failed repairs
Delamination, soft floors, hail damage, cracked panels, leaking seals, a failed fridge or a heater that no longer lights. All workable, all priced honestly.
No service history
No habitation service record, no damp reports, lost handbooks. Very common with private sales, and never a reason for us to walk away.
Not roadworthy
Flat tyres, seized brakes, a broken hitch or a van that has not moved in years. We collect on our own equipment — it does not need to tow.
Outstanding finance
Ask your lender for a settlement figure and we deal with the finance as part of the paperwork, so the sale still completes cleanly.
The one thing we do not buy
Static caravans and lodges. They stay on a park, they are usually tied to a pitch agreement and they are sold through the park or a static specialist rather than towed away.
