Who we are

Instant Caravan Sale buys caravans, motorhomes and campervans from owners across England, Scotland and Wales, and offers selected prepared stock for sale.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through a form on this site, or what you tell us on a call or message.

• Your name and the contact details you give us (phone, email, and postcode or location)
• Details about your vehicle, such as make, model, year, condition and any photos you upload
• Your preferred way and time to be contacted
• The page or vehicle your enquiry came from, so the right person can pick it up

What we do not collect

There is no online payment, deposit or reservation on this website, so we never ask for card or bank details through a form. If anyone asks you to pay through this site, it is not us.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, to prepare a valuation or part-exchange discussion, to arrange collection if you decide to go ahead, and to keep records of what was agreed.

We do not sell your details to anyone. We do not add you to marketing lists from an enquiry alone.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a sale are kept only as long as needed to deal with them and then removed. Where a purchase goes ahead, records are kept for as long as required for tax, ownership and legal purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email info@instantcaravansale.co.uk and we will confirm what we have done.
