Mid Wales and the coast take longer simply because of the roads, so we book those with a wider arrival window. If the vehicle is up a narrow farm track or on a sloping pitch, tell us when you book — we bring the right kit rather than turning up and finding out.

We agree a collection date and time that works around you, across England, Scotland and Wales. We do not collect from Northern Ireland.

5. Secure payment and handover

Paperwork is completed on collection and payment is sent by secure bank transfer.
